Enjoyable and effective at the same time - especially with Marty and Poppy. I really appreciate those things (for me super important) : playlist , kindly and understandable attitude, motivation, challanging approach and professionalism.

Really lovely welcoming team! All the staff have been really kind and friendly, the workouts are good and I like the element of Russian roulette so I don't know what I'm going for whether it be strength or more cardio so I'm forced to go regardless ☺️
