I really enjoy going to classes at Symetrie the staff and super friendly and informative. The classes themselves are really challenging and fun.
My only criticism is that I really wish there was a stricter towel policy. It’s really frustrating in a class when you have to get onto a machine dripping in someone else’s sweat when they don’t have a towel to clean it after them
AMRAPs are my favourite - all attendees need to bring towels though
