Community vibe, no ego attached to training, friendly positive & helpful Symetrie team, ease of pausing contract and flexibility with contract is a big positive too
Everyone is so friendly and supportive - the actual workouts might sometimes be a punish but they get the job done!
I love the variety of exercises. I come in and don't have to think but am still guaranteed a good workout

I love the varied work outs, they are always engaging and effective. Trainers are all experienced and friendly. Great atmosphere and supportive environment to really push yourself.
Great offering. Only down side is limited times to work out.
