• Everything was perfect- the assistants were friendly, focused and fun, the process was as smooth as possible. It was truly remarkable to see the process work so flawlessly and efficiently. It felt magical. I couldn't be more grateful. There was such a happy and excited spirit. The party guests loved every minute. Every worker was wonderful and patient and helpful and it felt like a happy Disney moment. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because of the fingernail polish. It started to vanish or come off many of the girls nails even during the party. The assistants at the party wer accommodating and applied a new coat of polish but still the polish is coming off quickly. My only suggestion would be to buy better quality nail polish. I have endured a major health crisis and then pandemic hit, and as a result my daughter has not had a birthday party with school friends ever! I was so nervous and still need help with details and planning and large experiences that are over stimulating, so I can't say enough how grateful I am for for making and creating a memory for my daughter, our family and for each party guest that is special and wonderful. Thank you for all of your work behind the scenes, the thoughts and details and for the kindness of each person who works there. You are absolutely fantastic!
