• Everyone was so incredibly nice and professional. The two ladies that did the ear piercing were wonderful with my daughter. Such a beautiful store for little kids.

• Scheduling over the phone was easy - and I spoke to a very nice person who accommodated my request for back-to-back ear piercings for my twin daughters. Although the store was a bit busy on the day of our appointment (it was a Saturday and there was a party) we were greeted by all friendly people at the front desk. It was a quick check in and the ear piercing went smoothly and swiftly. The two women who did the piercings were very kind - and extremely precise about where they would be piercing - to assure a perfectly centered hole - which I appreciated a lot! Overall, a great experience!
