Easing nervousness in my daughter and described the post care with clear, careful instructions. Mostly - Sara made us feel noticed and made the experience special for my daughter and I from beginning to end. We were stressed that we would not get an appointment. My daughter was going to be crushed because she had been waiting several days for her brother to recover from being sick to finally get her ears pierced.
