• My daughter has frequently asked me to braid her hair, and I was able to do a three-strand braid, but nothing that I would personally want to wear in public in my own hair. I have looked up videos about how to braid hair but i felt that they were often lacking an angle that I needed to be able to see in order to fully understand what was happening...enter Sweet & Sassy's braiding class! I am a very visual person, and being able to move around our teachers as they worked allowed me to see the methods from every angle. Our class teachers were so very patient and had wonderfully positive attitudes, even though one had been working many extra hours already that week. Seeing the braids done in person on my daughter's own hair (with what I had perceived to be "challenging" bangs), was the perfect learning situation! - Kim D.

• The whole experience was awesome. I went in a little apprehensive about getting my 2-year old daughter's ears pierced and her hair cut. But the girl that cut her hair did an awesome job of interacting with my daughter, which made us both feel better. Then when the time came to do the piercing the girls each took and ear and did it super fast. They were very attentive to my daughter and made sure she was comfortable. Because of all these care and attention to detail there were no tears at all. We had a great time.
