• The staff was really sweet. I believe the ladies names were Melissa and Melissa. My daughter was really nervous about getting her ears pierced.. they just were really understanding and helped encouraged her not to be scared.

• good experience. I would recommend though something to spray that is less toxic. The aerosol sprays were pure chemical and the kids were coughing a lot.
