• I was very happy with our first visit. Other staff was willing to help my daughter and her staff person when she was afraid to get her hair washed. I was disappointed she wasn’t offered to do the run way thing. I’m guessing it was because there was a birthday party starting. But she should have been offered something else then.

• Clean, friendly atmosphere, explained things clearly to me and to my daughter. Made the ear piercing process less scary. There were lots of fun things for my daughter to shop for and the prices were very reasonable.
