• We were there for an appt for my younger daughter. I had called earlier to see if my other daughter can be added on and I was told no openings but can come early and see if any cancellations. We came 20 min early and no openings but after being there 5 min Kayla saw i scheduled my other daughter for the next day. She said she finished early and asked if she could cut her hair. I was blown away that she took the imitative to look in the system at our situation and add us on. Always great customer service.
