• Karen was fantastic with my daughter who usually is too timid when she's in the chair to even want any of the fun stuff after the bang trim is done. Karen got her to agree to the WORKS without having to ask twice! So my 3 year old felt pampered, special, and will associate good thoughts with hair cuts because of it!
