• Because everyone there was so friendly! Emily was my nieces stylist and she was wonderful! So interactive and helped my niece out of her shy she'll. We will definitely be back!

• Slime making package: I think the girls should be entertained while others get hair done. Ex: let the play games and dance and rotate into hair do chairs. The fancy Nancy party: way too crowded for size if space. Lacked a lot of interaction. Again, need to rotate hair dos in eight activity. Interaction is key

• We were able to get in immediately. Stylist was ready for us on time. She was super friendly and cut exactly how we asked (I believe it was Rachel. I didn’t catch her name. But when I asked my 4 1/2 year old what her name was, she said Rachel)
