• The girl who cut Anna's hair appears to have trimmed her bangs despite me telling her that we wanted to grow them out. Also, when I went to the bathroom very quickly she had already started braiding her hair so that so couldn't tell about the bangs until we took out the braid. I would have appreciated her waiting for me to see the haircut before braiding/finalizing the cut, especially since I was only gone a couple of minutes. Other than that, it was a great experience.

• We were welcomed and my daughter was treated like a princess! We called ahead, because my daughter and I both have medical exemptions from masks, and we were reassured that we'd be able to get her ears pierced. Sweet and Sassy saved the day! We had been at a different establishment that had said they would accommodate us, but refused when we arrived. We drove nearly an hour to get to Sweet and Sassy. THANK YOU 😊

• I Have Taken My Girls To Sweet & Sassy For Years Now. We Absolutely Love it. The Only Reason i Would Give it a 9 and Not a 10 is Because Due to Past Experiences, The Volunteers Who Come In To Work On Busy Days, Don't Do as Good of a Job As The Regular Workers.
