• The location was in a very nice mall, the interior of the site was clean and staff was friendly and patient. The experience was nice and the merchandise was adorable. I also liked observing a bday party that was taking place--excellent customer service. Thank you for making my granddaughter's princess experience a delight- she still has her Princess braids in and will not let us undo it--🤩

• The associates who pierced my daughter's ears were amazing. They made my daughter comfortable, they treated her like a friend, and made the experience of getting her ears pierced less scary. The employees are excellent.

• I love Nealey & how well she listens to how I want my kids hair cut and she does an extraordinary job!!! She's patient and she knows what she's doing:) she answers all my questions and recommends as well!!! I just love ❤️ her doing my kids hair!!!!
