• The service provided was excellent, even though we got a rude ask to put our masks on when my Wife and I we're fully vaccinated, we even offered to show proof of our vaccination, very poor customer service, but keep up the great work on the service part, all round score a 7, Please fix the customer service part, after all, we are all living in a Pandemic...

• I want haircuts to be a good experience for my son always. He's 20 months and has had 2 haircuts- both at sweet and sassy- and he has been happy both times and his hair turns out just how I pictured it. The staff are quick and friendly. That's the most I could ask for!
