It was a great workout and got my heart pumping. Great instructor too! The place was organized and clean. I liked the storage for my belongings and nice little touches in the bathroom

the class was awesome, with both music and choreography and the instructor was amazing, easy to follow and very motivating to us newcomers and beginners. I also enjoyed the smaller class size of the 7:30pm class. I would have liked to have the infrared lights but it ended up not being a big deal in the end since I thoroughly enjoyed the class.
