The whole experience was great! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted, shown around and introduced to the instructor. Everyone in the class and working at the studio was welcoming and that continued after the class was complete. I have already signed up for my next class.

It's a great infrared workout I do sculpt and lagree but I have to drive to Dallas a lot of the times and it's nice to know there is a infrared workout up north for us sculpt girlies
