Great staff, class and studio!

I rated the class a 10 due to the cleanliness, overall comfort, and welcoming ambiance, which made me feel completely at ease. The lighting was perfect—not too bright—and the workout was easy to follow, even for someone like me who has never really worked out before aside from occasional bike rides. At the same time, the class was challenging enough that I can see plenty of room for growth.
