• Paula focused on the areas in which I noted needed extra attention, while not shirt-changing anything from head to toes. The degree of pressure was exactly what I'd hoped for, and she checked in to confirm that the pressure was right. Felt great! The spa appears to be very well managed and has a very professional staff.
