Nice facility and warm teacher
Shireena was amazing! I hadn't been to yoga in 2 years so was admittedly a bit nervous. She was so patient and provided such helpful cueing. She also allowed us to make requests to zone in on what we needed. I'd 10/10 recommend a class with Shireena any day!
