Love the space and I love the way that Liz incorporates all of the “limbs” of yoga into a physically and spiritually fulfilling class. And that she manages to do it all in 60 min!

I enjoyed the class and teacher very much, the only thing is that it was a little crowded and I wasn't able to stretch fully without touching the people next to me.
