Convenient walk from my house, clean and relaxing space, friendly and skilled instructors
Immediately in my first visit I felt very comfortable. The teachers were inviting and intentional with their practice to assist all levels of the community. The best part is knowing that I already feel the sense of community there. After my second class, which whipped my butt, in the best way of course... I was able to chat with the owner and a member about creating a book club with the members. Having a community to practice with is very important to my growth and I can't wait to learn more from everyone. 💜🙏🏼 Namaste.
