I always appreciate the space, the teachers and community that Bethany helped create.
Actually there is no rating sufficient enough to describe what Sukha Yoga has to offer.
One just needs to experience it for themselves!
Was not a good day for me today- once I walked in to Sukha I was met with a smile, given a cute tote and laid on my mat at ease. I could not calm down so left early, Laura noticed and gave me a hug that I really needed.
