It was magical. I'm still tingling today from the vibrant collective energy we experienced on Saturday. I suspect all those who attended Sunday yoga classes could still feel the energy that blessed the room!
I went with two friends--one of whom had never been to Sukha--and she just loved the studio space and of course, the atmosphere Amanda and Kat created for our Equinox celebration. The altar/harvest circle was stunning--the celebration heightened by all the powerful women in attendance. Afterward, my entire being felt rejuvenated and uplifted. What a treat--and welcome, Autumn! 🍁 💫 🌓
