I love Sukha! In my opion there is something for everyone at Sukha, so I would recommend Sukha to anyone.
Laura Nash is a gem of an instructor. Needed to stretch, unwind from the week, and get centered – her class was just what I needed to start the weekend on the right note. So happy to FINALLY attend an in-person event. Bethany, your studio is very special. XO Amy
