I always feel like a 10 after a Sukha class, due to support and sense of community, not to mention fabulous hugs and many smiles... not to mention how much better my body moves 😉

Very impressive owner. Class schedule. Great leader of the classes I attend. When the owner isn't there very friendly, competent staff. Reasonable price to join for recurring months.
