This is, by far, the best yoga studio in Marin County. Friendly, warm and knowledgeable.
The sound bath was amazing and so clearing and mind opening. The facilitator was also wonderful. I would do this on a regular basis if offered
Fantastic experience
Teachers are ALL so excellent and very experienced and the space is excellent. Lauren focuses a little too much on perfection and pushing me harder than I should go, but otherwise is solid and multi-talented, like all of your teachers. If you could add more evening classes on Wednesdays and weekends, I would attend them! ;) I would love to work with Kimberly and Charlene Lowe more if they were interested in more classes
