Love your studio and Tara's class; thank you for continuing to have a Zoom option -- I have not yet gotten fully back to some activities. Will also be nice to have zoom option when case rates likely go up again this winter.
Loved the class and the instructor is fantastic! I feel very comfortable with her knowledge, explanations and modifications. I've already have two friends signed up for the Sept 25th class and might have a third! So grateful to have found it!
The instructor did an excellent job in leading the class . The poses, stretches and overall moving of energy was something I truly felt not only during the class but all day long in a great way.
