Inviting staff, clean facilities, good temperature and lighting. Teachers and session was calming, engergizing, and positive.

I love practicing at Sukha because it’s so much more than just a yoga studio—it’s a true community. The instructors are incredibly talented and inspiring, guiding each practice with skill and heart. The warm, welcoming staff make every visit feel like coming home. Over time, many fellow yogis have become close friends, and this space has become a touchstone for me in navigating life’s ups and downs. I always leave feeling energized, balanced, and grateful to be part of such a special place.
