• I didn't have an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in between two others. Very friendly and helpful. I had my underarms sugared and it was very quick and relatively painless (way better than regular wax). Usually when I get waxed my skin is raw for a few days afterwards but I had zero redness even immediately after my appointment.
