• Staff was flexible and friendly when I had trouble finding parking, nice and clean space, professional aesthetician who made me comfortable and chatted with me to help distract me, skin aftercare explained well, and sugaring itself was wonderful - I didn't get the crazy red skin reactivity afterwards that I've gotten from waxing!
