I've been going to SugarLA for a few years for Brazilian services even after moving to the OC. I see Jennifer and she is amazing.

First started going early this year when they had a promo running. My Brazilians have been great and glad I was able to start this routine at a nicer salon. My only drawback is, something weird is always happening with the phone. I usually try not to schedule my next appointment during my current one because I have a crazy schedule. So now that I'm trying to call and cancel my weekend appointment, the number says this google number isn't working.

I emailed. No response. There's no way to cancel online or via the confirmation text. I don't want to get charged a fee but it's like impossible to cancel unless they call you first. Sometimes the number works. Sometimes it doesn't. It's really a toss up.

Prefer sugaring to ANY other method of hair removal. Love its efficiency. Also appreciate the cleanliness of the studios and the sugarists are always friendly.

I have been going to the Manhattan Beach Sugaring location for years. I would never think of going anywhere else. The staff there is friendly, courteous and professional. I appreciate the fact that they know how to properly schedule their services so I never have to wait. I have to mention that Ashley is the best. She always makes sure I am comfortable during our session. At the end of the service, she makes sure I am satisfied and happy with the results. Like I said, she is the best.

I've been coming to this location for a while now and I saw a drastic reduction in hair growth! Everyone is super friendly and very accommodating, I'm so sad to be moving soon because I won't be able to regularly come here. I loved Nina and was able to stick with her for a couple of years at this point and driving to her has been worth it every time too. I love getting coffee or brunch around the area or going to Philz on my way back home too and love the view and Oceanside breeze. There's new package deals now too if you become a regular and subscribe which is super helpful and I wish I could've taken advantage of it. I'll be back if I'm ever in the area again!

I just had my first experience with Sugaring. After years of waxing I thought I would give it a try. This place is close to me so without a referral I went there. My technician was Stephanie. She was very engaging and I felt very comfortable with her. Great personality. I will definitely go back to her again. Kristin was the admin there at the time and was also very engaging. Great first time experience with sugaring and also with Stephanie and I give them both 5*'s.
