• My technician Paola was great and gentle, my daughter had a facial cleanser she throughly enjoyed. There was a small hiccup with my payment, I was overcharged but as soon as I called and explained that I didn't have a certain treatment it was corrected the same day. The manager and staff were so lovely to me and my daughter when I came back they were apologetic for the mistake. They refunded me and gave us a goody gift, even though it was their time to close they stayed to resolved it which was incredibly nice after a long working day I thought that was amazing. Will definitely go back.
