• Ken took his time to listen to my concerns after receiving my first Botox treatment at this facility. I had previously gone to another spa and saw my injector faithfully every couple months for the last 3 years. I was nervous about starting new, but he was great. After coming back for the follow, he listened to my concerns, made notes for future visits and did not try to upsale me with tons of treatments I was not interested in. Ken added a couple more units, per my request, and was very understanding as to why I wanted a few more. He was kind and gentle and made me feel heard. I will continue to use this facility and recommend to other women who are nervous about where they get their Botox. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.
