All the instructors are great and super supportive pushing you to get through that next mountain or sprint. The Sweat Shop is always thinking of new ways to keep their old clients engaged while attracting new ones. They are ever present in the community, partnering with local businesses and highlighting new ones.

Loved the class. It was my first ever and everyone was so helpful. I am way out of shape but never felt bad about not keeping up, just kept pushing. Super clean, cute, and fun environment. A little out of my price range to go a lot but will be back for sure
