It was my first time in and only second time cycling. Asia taught such a great class and did an awesome job making me feel welcome and comfortable in the studio. Will be buying a month unlimited later today! Can't wait to come back.

All the instructors are great and super supportive pushing you to get through that next mountain or sprint. The Sweat Shop is always thinking of new ways to keep their old clients engaged while attracting new ones. They are ever present in the community, partnering with local businesses and highlighting new ones.
