I Really Enjoy your Studio! Love the staff and classes!
Intro to Pilates reformer class was very helpful and informative, instructor was able to answer questions as we went along and most places don't offer an intro class to introduce you and get familiar with the machine. This makes it less intimidating for future classes and I am more likely to return.
Very relaxing environment and a great step towards getting healthy again!
I haven't worked out in almost 3 years because I didn't enjoy it anymore. However, these last two classes with Rose have been so amazing, I've booked classes till June.
