I had fun even at a beginner level and it was easy to follow the routine

Instructor was great and helpful. The setting was very nice and calming and it was a great work out but also relaxing.
The studio is beautiful. It smells great. I love the shopping. The drinking water is cold, refreshing and delicious, Rose is a phenomenal instructor. And I'm extremely grateful to be back in a gym😉
