My instructor Julianna really made me feel comfortable since it was my first time. She had a pleasant demeanor and made sure to make everyone feel warm and welcome. She even made sure to check on me at the very end when I was leaving to see if I enjoyed the class and told me how great I did. I have two more classes scheduled this week with her and am looking forward to it

Heather always has inventive class and knows how to explain which muscles we are supposed to be using and feeling. Plus she breaks down sequence moves so you get the feel before putting together. Great instructor
