I love Studio Joy and many of the instructors. I appreciated Heather's addition of stretches during the Pilates session. I love how friendly the staff is.
I’m a huge fan of Studio Joy! The studio and instructors are incredibly welcoming and encouraging. It’s been two years since I began Pilates, and I still thoroughly enjoy every class I attend. Both the humbling and empowering aspects of Pilates make it such a special place to be.
