I choose Studio Joy because it is very clean and it's a very friendly happy environment. I love all of the instructors. I feel particularly close to the two Jolene's. They are amazing and they spread positivity everywhere. It's definitely a place to go to make you feel better.

This was my first time there and I had not done Pilates in a long time... everyone was so friendly and the class instructor was very caring and attentive making sure everyone was performing well the steps of Pilates...assisted with proper technique while still Rubin the class. Positive environment all around.
Instructor was very friendly and I had an overall good experience in the class. I definitely felt the burn.
