Studio Joy is a wonderful place. They are all helpful, warm and friendly. The classes are always challenging and different each time.

I love the instructors, classes, atmosphere and so much more! People come from miles around for the sense of community...it makes exercising fun. I can't believe the difference in my body, strength and balance...it's an amazing place!
