Very welcoming environment and the instructor was beyond patience. I am not one that exercises and I am 100% clueless. Alex took the time to guide me along the way and made me very comfortable. One of the reason that I don't go to classes is because of the uncomfortableness with the atmosphere and the way instructors have made me feel. This was NOT the case at Studio Joy.
