The instructor was so kind and I felt very motivated and the exercises were challenging but fun! I felt great after and loved visiting the studio and shopping around as well.
Julianna is great and I just love all the staff at Studio Joy. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and always helpful and I love how the instructors push me to do more ❤️
