• It was good service. Stylist was informative within her craft. However, I wish the system automatically took off the 15% for first time clients. Mines wasn't taken off and I didn't notice till after I was leaving. I think those little touches help. I love the offer of wine, tea or water. I like the post service feedback.

• The stylists are committed to healthy hair care. Reception is professional and stays on top of your appointment so wait time is minimal. Plus they do a good job styling hair which is the most important criteria for a salon.
