• I loved seeing all of the staff work together and learn from each other. There were a few ladies doing working interviews while I was there and I appreciated the way that staff took time to teach them. China laid my hair and made me feel super comfortable.

• Tyra is the best wax specialist ever! That's it...that's why I keep coming back... The front desk could use more training on answering the phone promptly, or even at all... I should not have to call 4-5x during business hours for someone to pick up, the voicemail msg being outdated and/or someone hanging up on me while I wait on hold. Just saying... been coming here for awhile and it's been better before.
