I was a person that used to go in a gym and want to do my own thing and be "alone" so that others could not see what I couldn't do...the classes at Studio 573 have changed that. I feel like there is so little judgement here, everyone is kind, friendly and all there to get their selves healthier and maybe make some friends in the process.
