It was a great workout, the group and coach were very nice and welcoming, the time of the class was perfect for my set lunch schedule and the availability of showers made me feel much more comfortable with squeezing this into my lunch break and going back to work! I can't do morning/evening classes because of my work location compared to daycare and the drop off times so this is perfect for me!

I absolutely love the trainers. I love the music and I love just being able to circuit train and go at my own pace, but also kick butt at the same time.
