Allison's workouts are consistently thorough and excellently cued. She is aware of everyone's abilities and limitations and she's passionate about teaching every move correctly. Allison is very talented. She talks the class through each exercise so you don't have to watch her. It's pretty amazing how she knows how an exercise can be more effective when performed according to her cues. She is always on time, prepared and a lot of fun!
