I loved everything about my yoga experience. It was my first time at the studio and the first time doing yin. I loved holding the poses for longer stretches... felt the heat. And the yoga nidra was a new experience (I do savasana regularly) but this was different, I felt like I entered a vacuum for a moment and there was blue and grey light around me... my arms and legs became nice and warm. All around great experience.
