The instructor was very welcoming from the time arrived. I enjoyed the clean atmosphere and facilities. The instructor was also very helpful throughout my practice. I was caught off guard by being 'corrected' from another class member prior to class beginning. I'd prefer an instructor address any issues.

It was motivating to me to get started on a journey to change my life style. The lavender towels. Made all the work with it. So relaxing. It also seems like I was detoxing. And that is always good. At first I thought to myself "what have you gone and done now"
